FAQ : Straight answers
I don't know my exact birth time. Is this useless to me?
No — this is the case we built for. Palmistry needs no birth data. Horary is cast from the moment you ask. And rectification reconstructs your birth time from life events you do remember. Start with the palm reading or ask a question; both work today.
Is this just AI writing horoscopes?
No. The astrology is computed — Swiss Ephemeris positions, classical rule engines, Ashtakavarga arithmetic, sixteen divisional charts, a computer-vision pass on your palm photographs. Every statement can be traced to a specific planet and house, which is why we print that alongside it. Language is polished for readability; the judgements are calculated.
Do you predict how long I will live?
Never. The engines can compute it and we deliberately do not show it. Where a chart indicates a difficult health period you get the window and something practical to do about it. Nobody should learn that from software.
What if the reading doesn't match me?
Tell us — there is a button. In most cases it means the birth time is off by enough to move your rising sign, which shifts every house and every prediction with it. We will route you to rectification, or to the two readings that need no birth data at all.
Why should I trust the accuracy?
Don't, initially. Read what we say about your last six months and your past — both free, both about a life you have already lived. That is a test you can score immediately. Pay only if we pass it.

Who we are
GrahaRekha (graharekha.co.in) provides palmistry and astrology readings online. For privacy questions, email admin@graharekha.co.in.
What we collect
- Account: name and email when you sign in with Google or a promocode session.
- Reading inputs: birth details you enter, place names, and palm photos you upload for a reading.
- Payments: order id, amount, and status. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we do not store your full payment credentials.
- Technical: session cookies and basic server logs needed to run the service securely.
How we use it
- To create and show your readings and unlock paid reports you purchase.
- To confirm payments, prevent fraud, and support you if access fails.
- To improve reliability and product quality. We do not sell your personal data.
Palm images & birth data
Palm images and birth details are used only to produce your reading and keep your account history. Treat readings as entertainment and cultural interest — not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Sharing
We use processors that help us operate the site (for example hosting, database, authentication, and Razorpay for payments). They receive only what is needed to perform that role. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & your choices
We keep account and order records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting duties. To request access or deletion of your account data, email admin@graharekha.co.in from the address on your account.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, signed sessions, webhook verification for payments). No method of transmission is 100% secure; please keep your login device private.

Service
GrahaRekha offers AI-assisted palmistry and astrology readings, including free previews and paid full reports. Features may change as we improve the product.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account or purchase a report. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and images you submit.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or payment disputes.
Paid reports
Prices are shown before checkout (currently ₹298 for standard unlocks unless stated otherwise). Payment is processed by Razorpay. Access is granted when our system confirms payment for your order. Digital reports are licensed for your personal use — not for resale or republication.
No guarantees
Readings are for entertainment, reflection, and cultural interest. They are not medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice. No outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make remain yours alone.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload images of other people without permission, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal use.
- Do not misuse payment flows or request refunds in bad faith after content is delivered.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and generated report layouts belong to GrahaRekha. You retain rights to photos you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them for your reading.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrahaRekha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on a reading. Our total liability for a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes

Refund policy
How payments and unlocks work for digital reports. Last updated: 8 August 2026.
Digital products
GrahaRekha sells digital readings and unlocks. Once a paid report is delivered or unlocked on your account, the purchase is final — no refund.
What “delivered” means
- Your order status is paid / the paywall opens the full report, or
- We manually unlock the same report for your account after confirming payment.
Payment succeeded but report still locked
This is not a refund case by default — we will help you get access. Email admin@graharekha.co.in with:
- Your account email
- Order id (e.g. OD-……)
- Razorpay payment id or screenshot of the successful payment
We aim to confirm and unlock within one working day.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same unlock, write to us with both payment proofs. We will refund the duplicate charge after verification.
Change of mind
We do not refund because you changed your mind, disagreed with the reading, or expected a different style of content after the report was unlocked.
